Once again this year, Hammond Rotary’s “Movie Night Under the Stars” will provide local businesses an opportunity to build brand awareness and consumer preference during the all-important holiday season.

This great event will take place on
Saturday, November 18 at 4:00PM
Activities will start at 4:00 PM
Movie will start at 6:00 PM.
 

The event features a family-friendly holiday film shown on very large inflatable outdoor movie screen. This year’s movie will be National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. In addition of several food and beverage options promises to make the event even bigger draw than last year.  

Please consider becoming a sponsor for this wonderful community event. Sponsors of Movie Night Under the Stars will be included in promotional materials as well as on-screen promotions before and after the movie. Four sponsorship options are available:

• Red Carpet (only one sponsorship is available at this level) - $1,500 -  RAM Computer Services is our Red Carpet Sponsor for 2023
• Executive Producer - $500
• Director - $300
• Cast Member Sponsor - $100

RED CARPET: $1,050 - 1 Sponsor Only - RAM Computer Services is our Red Carpet Sponsor for 2023

• Only one Red Carpet sponsor will be awarded - first come, first served!
• Opportunity for a representative from your company to film a brief greeting and promotion for your business to be shown on the big screen prior to the movie. 
• Recognition by the emcee prior to and after movie
• Inclusion in all advertising, including radio, newspaper, flyers, billboards, Facebook and Hammond Rotary website – with a link to your website
• Opportunity to place a banner (up to 4’ X 8’) right on the movie screen. You must provide the banner at your own cost. 
• Company name and logo, along with any information you’d like to provide about holiday specials or offers in a pre-movie slide show.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER: $500

• Recognition by the emcee prior to and after movie
• Inclusion in all advertising, including radio, newspaper, flyers, billboards, Facebook and Hammond Rotary website – with a link to your website
• Opportunity to place a banner (up to 2’ X 4’) on the premises the night of the event. Size restriction will be enforced, and you must provide the banner at your own cost.
• Company name and logo, along with any information you’d like to provide about holiday specials or offers in a pre-movie slide show. Director of the Movie sponsors will appear alone on the slide.

DIRECTOR: $300

• Business name listed on the Hammond Rotary website with a link to your website
• Opportunity to place a banner (up to 2’ X 4’) on the premises the night of the event. Size restriction will be enforced, and you must provide the banner at your own cost.
• Company name and logo, along with any information you’d like to provide about holiday specials or offers in a pre-movie slide show. There will be two Leading Role sponsors per slide.

CAST MEMBER: $100

• Business name listed on the Hammond Rotary website
• Company name and logo in a pre-movie slide show. There will be three Cast Member sponsors per slide.
